Fictional learning journey

COURT TO CONFIDENCE

Play the action.
Understand the next step.

Rally, decide and learn: shoulder loading, elbow tendons, acute injuries and a clear view of a possible ESWT plan.

Every round combines screen-based play with a preset educational case. A care decision always depends on the real person and a medical assessment.

Game scores reflect play and learning, not health or treatment suitability. Preset scenarios; no personal data entered, saved or sent. Optional music is entertainment, not treatment.

Read the five learning checkpoints

1. Two players, two problems

One player twists an ankle today. Another has months of outer-elbow pain with gripping. Which approach makes sense?

Learning point: An acute ligament injury and a possible chronic tendon disorder are different. Assessment comes before deciding whether any acoustic-wave evidence applies.

2. The paddle feels different

A player reaches farther for a shot. What can change the load at the arm even if paddle mass stays the same?

Learning point: Leverage and acceleration affect the mechanical demand. Object mass and the force a joint experiences are different ideas. This simplified game is not a biomechanical assessment.

3. The evidence question

An assessment identifies persistent lateral elbow tendinopathy. What is the useful ESWT question?

Learning point: Selected chronic tendon disorders have been studied with ESWT. Findings vary by diagnosis and protocol. Strength, return-to-play readiness and session plans need individual assessment.

4. Hertz, without the mystery

The screen mentions pulse repetition rate. What does hertz measure in that context?

Learning point: Pulse repetition rate counts pulses per second. It does not by itself describe energy, focus, dose or a unique healing frequency for the person.

5. Plan the next conversation

Which future PrimeWave plan is the most defensible?

Learning point: Where ESWT is appropriate, the discussion includes the exact device and target, potential benefit, uncertainty, risks, alternatives, price and follow-up. The game assigns none of these to a visitor.
