THE SCENIC ROUTE

Play the action.
Understand the next step.

A mountain-route challenge about climbing, cycling, nerve symptoms and choosing a well-matched treatment question.

Every round combines screen-based play with a preset educational case. A care decision always depends on the real person and a medical assessment.

Game scores reflect play and learning, not health or treatment suitability. Preset scenarios; no personal data entered, saved or sent. Optional music is entertainment, not treatment.

Read the five learning checkpoints

1. A finger pop on a small hold

A climber feels a sudden finger pop and loses grip strength. What should happen next?

Learning point: A finger pulley, tendon, ligament or bone may be involved. Evidence for one chronic tendon condition is not proof of benefit for every climbing injury.

2. Hands go numb on the bike

A cyclist notices recurring hand numbness during rides. What belongs in the conversation?

Learning point: Nerve-related symptoms are different from ordinary muscle soreness. Ask about sensation, pressure and the underlying cause; ESWT is not presented here as an established nerve-repair cure.

3. A cycling fall adds a new story

A rider falls and develops wrist pain and reduced movement. What is the immediate priority?

Learning point: Acute trauma needs its own evaluation. A fictional route is not a triage tool and never clears a person to ride through pain.

4. Focused and radial

Which statement correctly separates two kinds of equipment?

Learning point: Source, depth, pressure pattern and dose descriptions differ. Device-specific evidence and the exact diagnosis matter more than a broad frequency-machine label.

5. The outdoor goal

What is a good future PrimeWave question?

Learning point: Outdoor freedom is a worthwhile goal. A medical conversation can connect that goal with assessment, realistic evidence, alternatives and appropriate follow-up.
