Precision deserves a precise conversation.
Measure the distance. Read the intention. Extend with finesse. Fencing lives in the fine detail between a beautiful touch and an overworked wrist.

MOVEMENT STUDY / ILLUSTRATIVE
The object keeps its mass. Its momentum changes.
Distance changes apparent size. Speed changes momentum. The way an object or body slows down changes the force over time. This visual study is neither a treatment nor a personal injury-risk calculation.
Momentum: mass × velocity. Average force: change in momentum ÷ stopping time. Joint loads involve additional geometry and biology.

An epee is more than its weight
Weapon balance, grip, reach and acceleration change the torque at the hand. Static weight alone cannot describe the demand of repeated extension and point control.
The lunge continues through the body
A fast extension connects hand control with shoulder positioning, footwork and braking. Persistent wrist symptoms can have tendon, joint or nerve causes; a fall can add a different injury.
From elegance to evidence
Ask PrimeWave to distinguish the exact wrist or elbow problem before considering ESWT. Findings for one tendon are not proof of benefit for every wrist complaint. Nerve symptoms deserve a focused assessment.
Keep the finesse
Your goal may be steadier point control or comfort through a lesson. Describe the grip, volume of practice and specific motion that provokes symptoms. The conversation should be as precise as the sport.
