Fishing
Stay for the story, not just the catch.
A cast into quiet water. A shared joke. Hours that become family stories. Let us look at the movements hiding in that peaceful picture.

MOVEMENT STUDY / ILLUSTRATIVE
The object keeps its mass. Its momentum changes.
Distance changes apparent size. Speed changes momentum. The way an object or body slows down changes the force over time. This visual study is neither a treatment nor a personal injury-risk calculation.
Momentum: mass × velocity. Average force: change in momentum ÷ stopping time. Joint loads involve additional geometry and biology.
Read the deeper movement storyA cast is a lever in motion
Rod length, line tension, grip and casting acceleration alter the load at the wrist, elbow and shoulder. The fish at the end of the line adds a force that changes moment by moment.
Notice the repeat
Repeated casts may bring overuse symptoms to attention, while a slip on a boat is an acute event. The two call for different assessments.
Bring your technique into the room
Ask PrimeWave about the tissue involved, relevant ESWT evidence and alternatives. Recovery goals can be modest and meaningful: carrying a tackle box, casting comfortably or enjoying time beside the water.
