Gardening
Grow something worth getting back to.
Dirt on the gloves. A flower that finally opens. The body is quietly doing a lot while the garden looks peaceful.

MOVEMENT STUDY / ILLUSTRATIVE
The object keeps its mass. Its momentum changes.
Distance changes apparent size. Speed changes momentum. The way an object or body slows down changes the force over time. This visual study is neither a treatment nor a personal injury-risk calculation.
Momentum: mass × velocity. Average force: change in momentum ÷ stopping time. Joint loads involve additional geometry and biology.

Repeated gripping, reaching, lifting and kneeling can load hands, elbows, shoulders and the back. The relevant question is which task provokes symptoms and how the workload changed.
A flower bed is not a diagnosis
Overuse symptoms and sudden injury are different stories. Persistent pain, tingling or weakness deserves assessment rather than being accepted as an inevitable part of gardening.
Explore the treatment question
Ask PrimeWave whether the problem is a tendon condition for which ESWT has evidence, and how modifications, exercise or other care compare. A machine is one possible part of a condition-specific discussion.
