Martial arts
Power has a quiet centre.
A belt cuts through the air. A garment follows a turn. A human-faced humanoid sensei hovers in our imagined dojo. Real-world training begins with control.

MOVEMENT STUDY / ILLUSTRATIVE
The object keeps its mass. Its momentum changes.
Distance changes apparent size. Speed changes momentum. The way an object or body slows down changes the force over time. This visual study is neither a treatment nor a personal injury-risk calculation.
Momentum: mass × velocity. Average force: change in momentum ÷ stopping time. Joint loads involve additional geometry and biology.

Follow the rotation
The foot anchors a turn while the hips and torso carry it. A planted foot and rotating body can ask a great deal of a joint. Timing, balance, surface and fatigue all shape the movement.
Respect the tissue
A muscle strain, ligament injury and persistent tendon complaint are different. Pain after impact or a failed landing deserves a diagnosis before a treatment choice.
Energy, translated carefully
An acoustic pulse is mechanical energy. The glowing ribbons in our artwork are a visual metaphor, not an invisible force field or treatment beam. ESWT evidence for selected chronic tendon conditions should be assessed separately from martial-arts performance.
A disciplined next step
Ask PrimeWave about the injury, the evidence and how a broader plan might restore confidence in a specific movement. Return-to-training decisions include control and function, rather than a promise of rapid recovery.
