Swimming & diving
There is more summer in the story.
A pool full of laughter. A careful return to water. The next splash begins with understanding what happened.

MOVEMENT STUDY / ILLUSTRATIVE
The object keeps its mass. Its momentum changes.
Distance changes apparent size. Speed changes momentum. The way an object or body slows down changes the force over time. This visual study is neither a treatment nor a personal injury-risk calculation.
Momentum: mass × velocity. Average force: change in momentum ÷ stopping time. Joint loads involve additional geometry and biology.

The board stores energy
A diving board bends and returns energy. Take-off and entry both depend on control and conditions. This illustration explains a concept; it is not instruction for a dive.
Treat the serious landing seriously
A diving-board fall or head-first impact can involve major neck or spinal injury. Call emergency services when appropriate and seek urgent assessment. ESWT is not a replacement for that pathway.
A shoulder conversation can be different
Persistent shoulder tendon symptoms from swimming may lead to a condition-specific treatment discussion after assessment. Ask PrimeWave what evidence applies to the diagnosis and how a supervised return-to-water plan would be set.
